Established in 2002, Kausar College of Education is affiliated with University of Kashmir and is a premier College of Education provided Degree programs in B.Ed. The University of Kashmir came in to existence on 5th September 1969. Initially in 1948 it was the University of Jammu and Kashmir, primarily as an affiliating and examining body. However, the full-fledged University to sustain and enrich the ancient tradition of learning in Kashmir. Kausar College of Education follows the same learning and guiding principles ad University of Kashmir to spread the knowledge and education maintaining the high commitment of delivering the quality education.

This is to certify that Kausar College of Education, Nowshera, Srinagar fulfil all norms

1.The college is affiliated with the University of Kashmir;

2.Regulatory Council/Body {such as NCTE, AICTE, MCI, DCI, BCI, etc}; and

3.The affiliation and recognition {if applicable} is valid as on date. The affiliation copy is enclosed.

In case the affiliation/recognition is conditional, then a detailed enclosure with regards to compliance of conditions by the institution will be sent.

It is noted that NAAC’s accreditation, if granted, shall stand cancelled, automatically, once the institution looses its University affiliation or Recognition by the Regulatory Council, as the case may be.

In case the undertaking submitted by our institution found to be false then the accreditation given by NAAC is liable to be withdrawn.
